What we are looking for…

The Wholesale Account Manager will be the driving force behind building and sustaining strong partnerships with dispensaries and wholesale accounts across New Jersey. This role blends relationships management, sales execution, and market development to maximize revenue and brand presence in a competitive market. Acting as the primary point of contact for your partners, you will ensure every account receives exceptional service while executing sales strategies that deliver measurable results. The wholesale account manager will report into the Head of iAnthus Wholesale and will work closely with marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure all activities align with business objectives.  

What you’ll be doing…

  • Manager and grow relationship with existing dispensary and wholesale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Execute sales strategies at the field level to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through with retail staff education, in-store demos / pop-ups, and promotional programming
  • Monitor product placement, inventory levels, and merchandising at partner locations
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within your sales territory
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer feedback
  • Ensure all activities are compliance with NJ CRC regulations while maintaining accurate records and weekly sales reporting
How we will measure success…

Objective 1: Grow Revenue & Strengthen Partner Relationships
KR1: Achieve quarterly sales targets for assigned accounts and territory
KR2: Increase same-account AUV by +10% YoY through support and upselling

Objective 2: Expand Market Presence and Penetration
KR1: Open at least 5 new wholesale accounts per quarter
KR2: Increase produce placement and visibility in top 20% of accounts through merchandising & promotional programs

Objective 3: Deliver Market Intelligence and Compliance Excellence
KR1: Submit accurate weekly reports with actionable insights on trend & competitor activity
KR2: Maintain 100% compliance with NJ CRC regulations in all wholesale activity
